(get_glyph_string_clip_rects): Reflect s->row->clip to
the resulting clip(s}.
(expose_overlaps): Add arg r.  Callers changed.  Set it ot
row->clip temporarily.
(expose_window): Redraw rows overlapping the exposed area.
